The Parish Council

 

The Parish Council is made up of seven councillors members who represent the parish on various matters.  We are effectively the third tier of local government, the other two being Norfolk County Council and Breckland Council.

The Parish Council is involved in many areas of parish life including :

  • commenting on planning applications

  • footpaths

  • defibrillator

  • small grants

  • liaising with other bodies about local services eg Highways, Post Office, buses

  • litter picks and parish walks
