Community Speedwatch

Community Speedwatch is run by volunteers who check the speed of vehicles travelling through 30 mph zones within our parish. Any vehicles found to be travelling in excess of the limit have their details recorded and passed to the police.

All volunteers receive training in the use of the equipment, record keeping and roadside safety. Sessions are normally of one hour and volunteers should expect to do one or two sessions per month.

If you would like to join Community Speedwatch, please contact Tamzin Garrod or the Parish Clerk.
