GARVESTONE TRUST – LAND AVAILABLE TO LET

The Garvestone Trust is offering a parcel of land for lease, suitable for agricultural use only.

Location:
The land, known as Reymerston Surveyors Land, is located on The Street, Reymerston, opposite Post Office Lane. A map showing the exact boundaries and layout is available upon request.

Cost:
The land has historically been let for £600 per year; however, the Trust welcomes sensible offers for the new tenancy period.

Lease Term Summary:
The land is offered on a three-year agricultural tenancy agreement. The tenant must hold suitable liability insurance and may use the land for agricultural purposes only. Either party may terminate the lease with six months’ notice. The tenant may not assign or sublet the tenancy. The agreement may be amended by mutual consent, and the landowner reserves the right to access the land for inspection with reasonable notice.

How to Apply:
If you are interested in renting this land, or would like further information, please contact the Clerk to the Garvestone Trust at: garvestoneclerk@gmail.com

Garvestone Trust is in the process of carrying out major maintenance work on the Surveyor's land so that it is in good condition to be re-let later in the year. This work will include removal of diseased ash trees, clearing of the ditches, cutting back the roadside hedge to a manageable height and clearing of saplings and brambles in the field. Any queries should be addressed to the Clerk to the Trust.
